20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom, a member of the National Guard, has died from injuries sustained in a shooting incident in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, as announced by former President Donald Trump.
Another individual involved in the shooting, 24-year-old Andrew Wolfe, remains in critical condition. Trump stated that Wolfe is "fighting for his life."
Trump described the shooter, who is reported to be of Afghan descent, as a "savage monster."
