Maj. Gen. Ali al-Naasan, Chief of the General Staff of Syria"s Armed Forces, led a high-level delegation from the Defense Ministry on a visit to Russia"s Central Military Park today. The delegation reviewed advanced air defense systems, reconnaissance and armed drones, and heavy weaponry.
This visit is part of ongoing efforts to enhance military coordination between Syria and Russia following the ouster of Russian-backed Bashar al-Assad in late 2024.
