Masked Murder Suspect Charged in Dating App Killings and Thefts

34-year-old Rokim Prowell has been charged with the murder and robbery of two men in connection with crimes that occurred in 2021 and 2023, according to police reports. Prowell reportedly concealed his skin color by wearing a mask during the attacks, which were facilitated through dating apps.
