Military Police in Poland have announced the discovery of remnants of an unidentified aerial object resembling a drone in the village of Zaręby Warchoły, located in Ostrów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. The site is approximately 112 kilometers northeast of Warsaw.
The find was reported by a local resident in a field on Saturday evening. Authorities have since secured the area for further investigation.
The nearest international border is with Belarus, situated to the east at a straight-line distance of roughly 85 kilometers, placing the discovery moderately deep within Polish territory from the eastern frontier.
