Morocco"s Interior Ministry has reported 286 injuries, including 263 security personnel and 23 civilians, following violent clashes during youth-led protests in cities such as Rabat, Agadir, and Oujda. The protests, which are now in their fourth day, have resulted in the arrest of 409 individuals amid incidents involving Molotov cocktails, fires, and vandalism targeting vehicles and public buildings.
The demonstrations are calling for urgent reforms to the healthcare and education systems, coinciding with government spending on infrastructure related to the 2030 World Cup.
