Poland's largest oil discovery has been made at the Wolin East 1 well, with 22 million tonnes of oil and 5 billion cubic meters of gas found.
Central European Petroleum has announced the largest oil discovery in Poland's history at the Wolin East 1 well, located approximately 6 kilometers from the port city of Świnoujście in northwest Poland. The deposit contains 22 million tonnes of oil and 5 billion cubic meters of natural gas.
Polish MEP Dariusz Joński described the find as a "historic discovery in the Baltic Sea" and emphasized its significance as a major opportunity for Poland's energy sector.
