Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid has accused Pakistan"s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) of orchestrating attacks by ISIS-Khorasan (ISIS-K) that resulted in significant casualties in Iran and Russia. Mujahid claimed that the deadly bombings in Kerman, Iran, and the Crocus City Hall assault in Moscow, which together claimed over 240 lives, were coordinated from Pakistani soil.

Mujahid alleged that these operations were managed from ISI training camps located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where he stated ISIS-K"s leadership is embedded. He called on the Pakistani government to extradite key figures involved in the attacks, specifically naming Shahab al-Muhajir. Mujahid warned of "severe consequences" amid ongoing border clashes that have resulted in numerous fatalities.

According to Mujahid, both Russia and Iran are fully aware of the intelligence regarding these operations. The accusations come as tensions between the Taliban and Pakistan escalate, with recent developments raising concerns about regional security.
