Former President Donald Trump has proposed a strategy to establish a victory fund for Ukraine, which includes a 500 percent levy on imports from China. The revenue generated from this levy would be allocated to support Ukraine"s military efforts.

Trump has directed U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to present this proposal to European counterparts ahead of President Zelensky"s visit to Washington on Friday.
