Ukraine has intensified its strikes on Russian oil refineries, disrupting over 1 million barrels per day of refining capacity. Since August, 16 out of 38 facilities have been targeted, including the Ryazan plant, a significant facility near Moscow with a capacity of 340,000 barrels per day.
