[Video] Lebanese Foreign Minister launches diaspora voter registration campaign

Video: Lebanese Foreign Minister Youssef Raggi, a Christian and opponent of Hezbollah, launches a campaign for the Lebanese diaspora to register ahead of the parliamentary elections in Lebanon. The campaign's slogan is "Yalla register." The status of voting rights for the Lebanese diaspora remains unsettled, with a draft law submitted in May 2025 seeking to allow expatriates to vote for all 128 parliamentary seats. However, this bill has been blocked in Parliament. Lebanese expats are invited to an online session on Sunday, Nov 9 at 18:00 (Beirut time) to clarify the registration process.
