[Video] Senate Democrats vote to extend House shutdown until at least November 17

Video: Senate Democrats have voted to extend the House shutdown by yet another week. The House of Representatives will reunite on November 17th at the earliest. It is possible that the shutdown may continue over the Thanksgiving break and extend into December. It is unlikely that the U.S. government will be restarted in November and that SNAP benefits will be resumed.
