Russian troops have captured the village of Yegorovka in the Gulyaipole-Pokrovskoye direction and are advancing towards Danilovka, a village located on the Gulyaipole-Pokrovskoye highway. This highway serves as a key supply line for a Ukrainian stronghold that has been resisting Russian attacks since the spring of 2022.

The Russian forces are currently approximately 2.5 miles (about 4.3 kilometers) away from potentially cutting off this highway and semi-encircling the city of Gulyaipole.
